CAC works every day to help our neighbors move from crisis to stabilized, 
for healthier individuals, families, and community. 

Starting in January 2025, CAC will have new operating hours that is by appointment only!

We will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am - 3pm
